At Cairn, we recognise the urgency highlighted by the latest climate science from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which underscores that limiting global temperature rise is still achievable—but only through rapid and deep emissions cuts. Cairn's science-based emission reduction targets will focus on significantly reducing our scope 1 direct emissions and scope 2 indirect emissions. Additionally, we collaborate closely with our supply chain partners to drive down carbon emissions across all areas of our business. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change with our industry. Building a sustainable future, one step at a time. #Cairn #BuiltForGood

The Women in Cairn Network is an Employee Resource Group aimed at providing a safe space for women across Cairn to connect, grow, and develop. Open to all employees, regardless of gender, who support the growth, exposure, progression, and confidence of women in Cairn, the network continues to share resources, events, and training specific to women in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry. Yesterday we held a session of the Women in Cairn Network, discussing overview of what’s to come in 2024. The session opened with an introduction from our Woman in Cairn Network Chairperson Jennifer O'Neill, followed by updates from our Learning & Development Team on initiatives planned, insights from engagement survey, and provided a forum for discussion and engagement with members in the network. #Cairn #BuiltForGood Rebecca Higgins Assoc. Cairn was delighted to welcome An Taoiseach Simon Harris to our Seven Mills development, in partnership with Respond and South Dublin County Council. The visit was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the progress that has been made since construction started at Seven Mills in January of last year. Seven Mills is the largest residential development of its kind in Europe and when complete will be home to more than 25,000 people. The first residents moved in last November, just 11 months after construction started. The Taoiseach was invited to view a number of high-quality new homes that are being developed at Parkleigh, Seven Mills, on behalf of Respond. The development is a fantastic example of what real partnership and collaboration can achieve, between industry, local authorities, government agencies and approved housing bodies. #Cairn #BuiltForGood
