Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, networking, and digital channels.

- Generate leads and qualify prospects interested in our digital platform, Hi-Fella.

- Customize proposals and presentations based on client needs.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Ensure client satisfaction post-sale and collaborate with the team for seamless onboarding.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Impressive professional appearance and demeanor.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
