I'm thrilled to share some of the data analysis projects I've been working on at RevoU. These projects have allowed me to apply and hone my skills in various analytical tools and methodologies. Here's a brief overview of my recent work: 1. OverU Hotel NPS Analysis : This project focused on understanding business problems through the analysis of Net Promoter Score (NPS) data to identify key areas for customer satisfaction improvement. 2. TokoBli Campaign Study & Customer Spending Potential : Utilizing spreadsheets and statistical methods, I analyzed campaign effectiveness and predicted customer spending potential to inform marketing strategies. 3. TheLook E-Commerce Analysis of Product Prioritization & Customer Behavior : Through SQL, I conducted an in-depth analysis of product prioritization and customer behavior to optimize inventory management and sales strategies. 4. RevoBank Customer Segmentation & Future Projection : Leveraging Python, I performed customer segmentation and created future projections to enhance targeted marketing efforts. 5. Steam Sales Performance & Optimization : Using Tableau and PowerBI, I visualized game sales data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities for better business decision-making. 6. Speedcar Garage Sales Performance & Marketing Recommendation : This comprehensive final project covered understanding business problems, statistics, spreadsheets, SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI to provide actionable marketing recommendations and improve sales performance. Meanwhile, overloading is also typical in other developing countries, causing everything from damage to accidents to the detriment of road users and operators. The current problem is that there is no definite knowledge of handling these overloaded vehicles, which has adverse effects. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the impact of losses caused by overloaded vehicles on flexible pavement. This research uses vehicle traffic load data to examine actual conditions in the field, which are converted to axle load values for each vehicle and used to determine pavement condition using the truck factor approach, mechanistic-empirical design, pavement smoothness level, and the impact of overloading due to fuel consumption by vehicles on flexible pavement. The results show that overloaded vehicles harm the flexible pavement. The increase in truck factor values for all vehicles in overloaded vehicles beyond the maximum allowable load results in more damage to the flexible pavement with an increase in truck factor values up to 83 %. The effect of overloading can be mitigated by increasing the thickness of the asphalt layer and the modulus of asphalt, so it is essential to pay attention to the quality of asphalt in anticipation of this overloading. To anticipate the overload phenomenon, it was found that the thickness of the asphalt overlay in the range of 170–205 mm could mitigate this detrimental effect. In addition, overloading affects the flexible pavement roughness and vehicle fuel consumption. Increased roughness and fuel consumption will increase road maintenance costs and affect driving comfort and safety. In addition, excessive fuel consumption can pollute the surrounding environment.

On May 18th, 2024, one member of our Pertiwi-Consulting team, Ni Made Satvvani Dama Kurnianti, participated in an online course titled ‘Skill Improvement’ at TAALENTA with the material theme ‘General K3 and Work Environment’. Pertiwi-Consulting gained knowledge about the basics of General K3 and K3 in the Work Environment. K3 stands for the Indonesian words ‘Keamanan, Kesehatan, dan Keselamatan,’ which translate to Health, Security, and Safety. The General K3 basics were explained in more detail, such as K3 Definition, K3 Legal Basis, and K3 Terminology. Meanwhile, K3 in the Work Environment encompasses all activities aimed at ensuring and protecting the safety and health of workers through the control of the work environment and the implementation of Sanitary Hygiene in the Workplace. This includes Measurement and Control of the Work Environment, Implementation of Hygiene and Sanitation, K3 Personnel, and so on. The material and learning are very useful and help both our clients and us increase awareness and implement K3 in the work environment per K3 laws and regulations.

Our data captured signals of credit deterioration for Wijaya Karya as early as mid 2020, ahead of its defualt in Dec 2023. There were clear indicators of potential defaults 6 months ahead of actual event: - PD rising steadily since 2020 with clear deviation from mean of peer group in 2023. - PD crossed the mean of peer group end Q1 2020 - PD peaked to almost 3% (B) in Dec 2023. In fact, the company's PD 6 month already reached 90th percentile of peer group prior to default. The key contributors to risk were: - Increase leverage - Drop in market value vs IDX - Low profitability Since beginning of 2024, the company has been liquidating some of its assets, which results in an improved liquidity and size factors. Tuhiyat anticipates the signing in April 2024, marking a significant milestone in project advancement. Despite Japan's economic downturn, the Memorandum of Discussion (MoD) established between Indonesia and JICA in November 2023 remains a solid foundation for ongoing cooperation. In addressing concerns about potential tariff adjustments, Tuhiyat reaffirmed PT MRT Jakarta's commitment to maintaining fare stability. The current tariff structure reflects careful consideration of economic viability and public accessibility. Even as operational costs and economic conditions fluctuate, the fare for the longest route from Lebak Bulus to Bundaran HI remains affordable, bolstered by government subsidies. This strategic pricing approach ensures equitable access to MRT services while sustaining financial sustainability. Are there any Google Maps experts or Indonesian ferry experts in the house? For some countries, you can click on a train line on Google Maps and it illuminates the entire line. Google Maps shows lines for ferry services in Indonesia, but you can't click the line and get a nice route line. It seems like Google Maps has every ferry line shown, so it would be good to get more info. Is there a way around that, or is there a better website that shows all the routes? 🌍 Excited to share the results of my group project on spatial planning analysis for residential areas in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, part of the new capital city IKN (Ibukota Nusantara) in East Kalimantan! 🏡 🔍 Using a scoring and overlay method on several layers, this map showcases our comprehensive analysis and strategic planning efforts. This analysis employs the Overlay and Scoring methods to determine land suitability. ⏳ The process involves: - Collecting data on various parameters - Conducting overlay and scoring - Classifying the results based on the scores 🗂️ The layers include: - Land cover - Slope - Soil type - Rainfall data 📊 Based on our findings, we conclude that 79.17% of the area is suitable for residential purposes, while 20.83% is deemed unsuitable.

On 5-7 July 2024, I participated in a training organized by Aksara Lab Indonesia, modelling and visualising flood inundation in the Special Region of Jakarta (DKJ) using HEC-RAS and RAS mapper software. The training provided experience and understanding for the participants, as well as opportunities for discussion. My goal in participating in this training was to improve my understanding of the study of areas that have the potential to be flooded by looking at the watershed in the surrounding area. This training is very important because by knowing the potential points of flooding, will ease regional planning to prepare for the prevention and mitigation of flood disasters in the planning area. The usage of HEC-RAS software in this training can also provide an understanding of the location, watershed, modelling or simulation of flood-affected areas in the future. Over the few days of the training. Participants learned at least 5 lessons, such as : 1. Basic concepts of hydrology, hydraulics, and modelling. 2. Introduction to HEC-RAS and RAS Mapper. 3. Introduction to case studies, initial 1D & 2D modelling, and data adjustment. 4. Case modelling, 1D, 2D and error adjustment. 5. 3D modelling.
