I'm absolutely delighted to share that I have successfully completed a fantastic 4-month internship at PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. as a Graphic Designer Intern at Eraspace, as part of the MSIB Kampus Merdeka Batch 6. This journey has been an incredible blend of creativity, learning, and professional growth. During my time at Eraspace, I had the opportunity to dive into a wide array of exciting projects that truly challenged and honed my design skills. The innovative and vibrant atmosphere at Eraspace was the perfect playground for my creativity to flourish. A huge thank you to my amazing mentors, Iqbal Septyansyah and Anharry Pulungan, for their unwavering support, insightful guidance, and constant encouragement. Their expertise and mentorship have been pivotal in shaping my journey. Content creation might seem like just scrolling and posting pics, but there’s so much more behind the scenes! In reality, the role of a content creator involves much more: brainstorming ideas, drafting an editorial calendar a month in advance, planning multiple content strategies, shooting and reshooting videos, acting as the on-camera talent, editing videos, managing social media, compiling reports, hosting live webinars and events, and posting content on weekends—all of which is often handled by just one person! Fortunately, during my internship with MSIB Kampus Merdeka Batch 6 x PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk., specifically in the Eraya Beauty and Wellness vertical, I was entrusted with managing content creation tasks. This experience has been incredibly educational. I delved deeply into essential content creation skills, including developing creative concepts, coordinating with stakeholders, live reporting, and executing detailed content strategies. This unique opportunity allowed me to learn directly from seasoned professionals. I also want to thank my mentors, Sigit Pratama and Devindio Justin Pradipta, for placing their trust in me throughout this journey. Additionally, I gained significant insights into professional conduct and humility. Working alongside such knowledgeable and skilled individuals was both humbling and inspiring. Each day of my first professional internship brought new lessons. From the hustle behind the camera to the strategy behind each post, content creation is a full-on adventure. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop my skills and tackle new challenges in this evolving field. [ MSIB Kampus Merdeka X PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. ] My internship at Eraspace (PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk) as a Social Media Specialist Intern was a great learning experience that bridged the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. With the invaluable support from my mentors Dimas Setiawan Ganis, Iqbal Septyansyah, Kak Lupita, and my teammates Daffa Raihan Putra and Riska Noviyanti, I gained tons of practical skills that are directly relevant to the field. During my internship, I thrived by creating over 60 engaging pieces of content for the Instagram account (@eraspaceid) and mastered the art of sentiment and content analysis. When challenges arose, teamwork and open communication proved to be the secret weapon to overcome them. This experience is not just about technical expertise in Social Media Marketing. It also significantly improved my soft skills, especially in teamwork, analysis, problem solving, and even leadership.
