Trip.Biz is the leading Travel Management Company (TMC) in Asia, specializing in enabling enterprise, organizations and travel partners around the region to make informed and cost-effective bookings for corporate travel products and services, through aggregation of comprehensive travel-related information and resources, and an advanced transaction and administrative platform consisting of mobile apps, Internet websites, and 24/7 customer service centers. In this Role, you’ll get to:
• Handle Elite clients’ business travel booking inquiries via email and phone
• Maintain sound relation with clients’ travel managers and travelers
• Propose optimum travel plan and suggestion to clients (balancing the cost, time and convenience)
• Handle booking/change/cancellation in air ticket, hotel, rental car, railway and etc.
• Answer visa enquiries from customers through various channels and guide them to prepare visa application documents, review and manage documents according to the requirements of the consulate for visa application.
• Prepare monthly billing statements to clients
• Introduce and explain new services and products to clients
• Compose weekly/monthly operation reports (internal)
• Ad-hoc task from time to time
What you'll Need to Succeed:
• Educational Attainment - Must have a Degree or Diploma in College/University
• Work Experience - Must have hands-on experience in visa practice or visa document review
• Fluent or proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, written and spoken
• Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills as well as teamwork skills
• Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with relevant Teams/Group Leaders to fully understand both Customer and Advisor pain points and inefficiencies which can be optimized
• Outgoing personality with good business manner
