We are seeking Business Analyst for the Integration Program. As a senior member in the team, you will be responsible for assessing the high complexity of integration programs within the organization. You will contribute by evaluate project objectives and deliver strategic solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of business processes, systems integration, and technical proficiency.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and analyze the current state of the organization's integration programs, identifying areas of high complexity and potential risk
Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications to address high complexity integration tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration strategies align with business objectives and IT architecture
Manage the full lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation review
Leverage business intelligence, data analytics, and other relevant tools to assess the effectiveness of integration programs
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure a smooth integration process
Provide guidance and support to project teams during the integration process, including troubleshooting and problem-solving for high complexity issues
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of integration projects and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in systems integration to ensure the organization's integration strategies remain competitive
Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users impacted by integration projects.
What You Have
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in systems integration
Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and project management methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple high complexity tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics tools
Strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
