This position is responsible to supervise all the export operation by assigning duty to subordinates and place booking to carriers or coloaders to maintain the on-time performance for shipments.
Supervise cargo build up and ULD loading
Verify the correctness of every house air waybill prepare by team members
Liaise with carriers or coloaders to ensure sufficient capacity for on hand booking
Determine offloading and change of load plan in case of cargo no show or substantial weight/volume variance
Ensure all the offloaded cargo are protected on the next available consolidation with top priority and alert CS team for pre-alert to customers and destination office
Conduct staff briefing sessions to ensure clear communicate to teammates of company policy and new procedure
Assist Assistant Manager for the training of new or junior staff
Handle duties of operation staff during their absence
Able to handle full set air export documents
Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
Fluent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin as an advantage
Possess core competences including initiative, decision making, leadership, organized, team building and cooperation
