Responsibilities
Perform duties of a receptionist, including greeting visitors, answering / transferring calls and maintaining visitor registration system
Responsible for maintaining telephone directory and seating plan
Manage meeting rooms and equipment reservations
Handle starter and leaver workflow
Handle invoice payment
Coordinate charity events
Assist in preparing monthly reports
Provide administrative support to the team as assigned
Qualifications & Experience Required
Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Patient, attentive to details and with strong sense of responsibility
Good analytical and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
