During the ETF IOP stage, AMC uses a fixed market value approach(fixed ETF price 1 USD * number of shares), so for investors who subscribe in kind, it is necessary to call it a cushion. Make up for the price difference in HK crypto ETF Subscription If you want to purchase an ETF with cash, you need to determine the desired quantity of shares beforehand. Generally, the cutoff time for submitting purchase orders is around 11 a.m. After the cutoff time, the fund company will proceed with the purchase. An interesting aspect is that the price at the time of purchase may differ from the price at the time of order placement. If the purchase price is higher than the order price, the fund company will ask the client to make up for the price difference in order to acquire the corresponding quantity of shares

Hang Seng Indexes Company is pleased to welcome two additional exchange-traded funds (‘#ETFs’) tracking the Hang Seng Family of Indexes will become eligible for the Stock Connect, (effective on 22 July 2024). As noted in PEI's #infrastructure investor series in #seoul/ #tokyo, Japan's Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), a ~USD 70 billion entity recently created by the Japanese government as a master public university endowment (public #endowments in Japan have been quite limited on investment capabilities and capital due to limited inbound contributions) will be making more investments in funds/co-investments with fund manager relationships as they continue to build the team and reduce reliance on advisors. Initially heavily dependent upon asset #consultants / #gatekeepers, this group is on pace to becoming a highly sophisticated institutional investor in Japan. Definitely a group to track. Separately, on the endowment topic in Japan, private universities such as Keio University, Waseda University, Tokyo University of Science, Sophia University, Ritsumeikan University, Meiji University, International Christian University all have capabilities (varying degrees of sophistication and capital) to invest in alternatives, often, but not always, using international and local gatekeepers / consultants. Of the nearly 800 public and private universities, I have tracked 15-20, mostly private, universities that invest in alternative assets and private markets. The panel was moderated by Karun Marwah and topic of the discussion was the attraction of diversification in private credit: from senior debt to niche strategies, Zeba was joined by Marianna Fassinotti, Tas Hasan, Jon McKeown and Julien Rigon on this panel who all shared their valuable insights. The lively conversation looked at the credit cycle that we are currently in; the opportunities in the private credit industry – with a specific focus on which niche and opportunistic strategies are structurally or cyclically growing in demand; as well as the latest regulatory changes and its impact on the industry. Key takeaways are: • It is thought that private credit should continue to see investor interest, with much capital gone to direct lending (corporate exposure). Hamilton Lane is collaborating with Alta Exchange (AltaX) and Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PhillipCapital) under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)’s Project Guardian to enhance liquidity through #tokenization. The three firms will collaborate on broadening access to the tokenized version of Hamilton Lane’s Senior Credit Opportunities (“SCOPE”) Fund.
