ChinaBitcoinETF.com ChinaBitcoinETFs.com ChinaBitcoinFi.com ChinaSpotBitcoinETF.com HKBitcoinETF.xyz HKBitcoinFi.com HKspotBitcoinETF.com HongKongFi.com XHKG.xyz Today, the Bitcoin market is experiencing significant optimism due to several key developments that make it an ideal time to invest in Bitcoin and crypto-related domain names: 1. China ETF Approval China has approved Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for trading in Hong Kong. This move is expected to create a new influx of investment from Chinese investors, potentially driving up demand and prices in the cryptocurrency market. The ETFs in Hong Kong could act as a bridge for Chinese investors to access the crypto market in a regulated manner (Invest Money UK) (ForexTV). 2. Institutional Investments There has been a substantial increase in institutional interest in Bitcoin, with major financial institutions like BlackRock and Morgan Stanley making significant investments. This institutional backing adds credibility and stability to the market, encouraging more investors to enter (CoinDesk) (CoinRank). 3. Market Performance and Predictions Bitcoin's price has seen a strong rebound, trading above $65,000, with analysts predicting further growth. Some experts suggest that Bitcoin could climb to around $92,000 in the near future, making current prices potentially attractive for investment (CoinRank). 4. Regulatory Environment The regulatory landscape is becoming clearer and more favorable for cryptocurrencies. The approval of ETFs in major financial hubs and positive regulatory signals from the U.S. and other countries are bolstering market confidence (CoinDesk). Given these factors, investing in Bitcoin and crypto-related domain names now could position you advantageously to capitalize on the anticipated growth and increased market activity driven by these developments.🚀 #Bitcoin #BitcoinETFs #hongkong #HK #Crypto #InvestNow #domain #domains #China

Yandong Liu, Co-Founder & CTO at Connectly – Interview Series https://ift.tt/Tq8fgbR Yandong Liu is the Co-founder and CTO at Connectly.ai. He previously worked at Strava as a CTO. Yandong Liu attended Carnegie Mellon University. Founded in 2021, Connectly is the leader in conversational artificial intelligence (AI). Using proprietary AI models, Connectly’s platform automates how businesses communicate with their customers and sell their products across any messaging platform. Connectly enables the entire customer journey – from sales and marketing to customer experience and support – to be conducted within the customer's preferred messaging platform. Can you share the genesis story behind Connectly? Connectly was born from the vision of becoming the leader in conversational AI. My co-founder, Stefanos, and I met through a mutual friend in the founder community and bonded over a shared passion for the future of messaging. With my background leading technology teams at Strava and Uber and Stefanos’s experience overseeing Facebook Messenger, we set out to create the AI-powered infrastructure of the future, helping businesses make the most of their customer messages in an increasingly complex ecosystem. What exactly are Small Language Models (SLMs), and how do they differ from Large Language Models (LLMs)? SLMs are AI models designed to understand and generate human language but with fewer parameters and computational requirements compared to Large Language Models. In the context of AI marketing solutions for messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram, SLMs provide faster response times and can be easily deployed on a variety of devices, making them ideal for real-time customer interactions. Their smaller size allows for efficient performance without compromising the quality of responses. Can you discuss how SLMs reduce the likelihood of hallucinations and improve the reliability of AI responses? SLMs reduce the likelihood of hallucinations—instances where AI generates incorrect or nonsensical information—by focusing on a smaller, more manageable set of parameters. For AI-messaging based marketing solutions, this focused approach ensures more predictable and reliable responses, enhancing customer trust and engagement. The reduced complexity of SLMs minimizes the chances of generating off-topic or erroneous content, thereby improving the overall reliability of AI interactions. Can you explain why SLMs are particularly beneficial for retailers, especially in the context of chatbots? Due to the large amounts of data LLMs are fed with, they are often slow. However, messaging and conversational commerce require a faster response time in order to better and more accurately serve customers. For retailers, SLMs are more practical and beneficial due to the level of detail they can provide in the retail industry. Additionally, SLMs are often cheaper because they are more agile, meaning every retail company, from a small startup to a...

As some of you may know, Seek Sophie teamed up with the amazing team at Somewhere Else for our rebrand this year. Seriously, they are some of the most talented and hardworking creatives we've worked with. Growing up I was always a lot stronger in the 'arts' subjects rather than the 'science' subjects. But I often felt that being good at anything creative wasn't taken as seriously as, say, math or science. At school even our 'arts' subjects were taught very much from a left-brain/logic perspective than a free-wheeling right-brain perspective. There was a right and a wrong way to be creative 🤔 But in recent years, building a business has shown me how fundamental creativity is to everything we do – because going from 0 to 1 is pure creativity. How do we dream up something that hasn't existed before, how do we tell our brand story in a way that sticks, and how do we grow something from zero? I felt like a big part of what I had to do in the past few years was to unlearn what I've been taught, so I could free myself to actually create. That's why I'm really excited about this event where we get to talk about how to build creative teams, with some of the most creative people around. If you're curious about building creative teams, you may enjoy this!

3 phrases to learn about Chinese social phenomenon 鸡汤(jī tāng)Chicken soup(鸡汤 jītāng) is a traditional soup dish, especially old-hen soup, which has always been known for its deliciousness. In addition, chicken soup can also alleviate cold symptoms(感冒症状 gǎnmào zhèngzhuàng) and improve the body's immune function. Therefore, the phrase "chicken soup for the soul(心灵鸡汤 xīnlíng jītāng)" was created to refer to inspirational paragraphs or passages. Check the following sentences to learn more about 心灵鸡汤. 例句:不要羡慕别人,你的劣势可能是你最大的优势。 [Búyào xiànmù biérén, nǐde lièshì kěnéng shì nǐ zuìdà de yōushì.] (Don't envy others, your weakness may be your biggest advantage.) However, with the rise of social networks, the "鸡汤" that used to convey the positive attitude has become 毒鸡汤(dú jītāng) with literal meaning toxic chicken soup, which indicates the various advertising messages that are difficult to distinguish between true and false or the sentences that convey the negative attitude with ironic tone. 例句:丑小鸭能变成白天鹅,不是因为她有多努力,而是因为她的爸妈就是白天鹅。 [Chǒu xiǎoyā néng biǎnchéng bái tiān'é, búshì yīnwèi tā yǒu duō nǔlì, érshì yīnwèi tā de bàmā jiùshì bái tiān'é.] (The ugly duckling can turn into a swan not because of how hard she works, but because her parents are swans.) 例句:我跟别人不同,能用钱解决的事情,我不会用钱解决,因为我没有钱。[Wǒ gēn biérén bùtóng, néng yòng qián jiějué de shìqing, wǒ búhuì yòng qián jiějué, yīnwèi wǒ méiyǒu qián.] (I am different from others. What can be solved with money, I won't solve with money because I don't have it.) 鸡血(jī xiě)Chicken blood therapy, also known as "injecting chicken blood to cure all diseases" or simply "injecting chicken blood(打鸡血 dǎ jīxiě)", was a popular pseudoscientific fitness method during the Cultural Revolution in China in the 1960s. The method is to extract tens to 100 milliliters of chicken blood from a rooster and inject it into the human body. It is said that this method can treat various chronic diseases. Nowadays, 打鸡血 refers to a behavior of satirizing a person's sudden emotional excitement towards a specific person or thing, and also has a ironic tone. 鸡娃(jī wá)鸡娃, literal meaning chicken baby, is a popular internet term that refers to parents injecting chicken blood(打鸡血) to their children, by constantly arranging learning activities to achieve good grades, and constantly encourage them to strive for better scores. This is a popular educational method among parents in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen in recent years. These children are often born into middle-class families and have been trained by their parents from a young age. In the past, the parents only wished their children to become successful. But nowadays, having a child but not 打鸡血 to them is a bad parent, and "鸡娃" parents cannot accept their children's mediocrity. 鸡娃 reflects the contemporary education anxiety in China. Under such pressure, some "鸡娃" choose to continue their internal competition(内卷 nèijuǎn), while others choose to lie flat(躺平 tǎngpíng).

In this installment of "Less is More," I share one CEO's approach to the yearly update yap yap speech. A week before the conference lift-off, he posted a short TED Talk-style company update and asked everyone to watch it before the big meetup. Upon hitting center stage, he began his hour-long scheduled talk with a direct question. '"Well, no pressure," he says, "but I'm curious, who here watched the video?" The laugh was large and a bit awkward. He says, "I won't ask for a show of hands, but I'll start and end with this ... Any questions?" He grabbed a chair, sat and waited. That was his speech. Brilliant, right? He said seriously, "There's nothing I could say here that would be better than hearing from my team." He took questions for about 20 minutes before bringing me up to do some funny motivational inspiration, but it was I who was inspired and schooled by a master communicator and true leader. All speakers in 2024 should feel less pressure to fill blocks of time and more pressure to create exchanges that meet the moment and add power and meaning. *** Tim Clue is a funny motivational and inspirational speaker, trying to help the modern-day conference stay with it and kick it. #funnymotivationalspeaker #motivationalspeaker #inspirationalspeaker #conferencespeakers

Managing Singapore’s foreign worker quotas can be challenging. Work Permit quotas vary by sector—35% in services and up to 87.5% in construction. - Additionally, quotas for workers from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) differ between manufacturing and services. This complexity requires careful planning. Let me share a recent success story where we helped a client navigate these regulations effectively. Our client, a mid-sized construction company, was expanding rapidly and needed to hire more workers. They were unsure about the quota limits and the monthly levies they would face. They came to us for guidance on how to hire the right mix of local and foreign talent while staying compliant. Here's how we helped them: 📌 we started by assessing their current workforce and understanding their hiring needs. Using the quota calculator, we determined the optimal number of Work Permits and S Pass holders they could hire without exceeding sector limits. 📌 For roles requiring specialized skills, we recommended hiring Employment Pass (EP) holders. Since there are no quotas for EP holders, this gave them more flexibility. We ensured that the candidates met the minimum salary requirement. 📌We calculated the monthly levy costs based on the number of Work Permits and S Pass holders. This helped the client budget effectively and understand the financial implications of their hiring decisions. 📌To reduce dependency on foreign workers, we advised investing in training programs for local employees. We helped them access government grants and initiatives to support these training efforts. We provided continuous support by keeping them updated on changes in MOM regulations and advising on best practices for compliance. Our client successfully expanded their workforce while staying within the quota limits and managing their levy costs effectively. By hiring a mix of skilled EP holders and well-trained local employees, they built a strong, diverse team that supported their growth. Understanding Singapore’s foreign worker quotas doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With the right guidance and tools, it’s possible to stay compliant and build a thriving workforce. P.S - Drop me a DM if you need help in this area. #ForeignWorkerQuota #WorkforceManagement #BusinessLeadership

𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 (𝐕𝐂) 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐢𝐟 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠). A decade since the government's push to build Singapore's venture ecosystem - 2nd round of NRF's ESVF, birth of Seeds Capital, launch of Block71 etc., Singapore's VC scene is undoubtedly overcrowded (183 Venture funds licensed with MAS VCFM), with too many investors and insufficient good deals to deploy in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Coupled with slowing economic growth, high Fed rates, geopolitical strain and not to mention the slowdown of Chinese hot money, Singapore's VC scene is bound for consolidation. And here is why: 1️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐏𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐄𝐀 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬. Notable startups in the region find themselves with much funding options leading to less than attractive investments done by VCs. Meanwhile, exits are relatively more difficult in comparison to other markets due to the lack of mature businesses in the region. Lack of growth stage focused funds in the ecosystem also hinders businesses pathway to IPO. 2️⃣ 𝐃𝐏𝐈𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬. Distributed to Paid-In (DPI) Capital in layman is the measure of how much LPs/Investors get paid relative to money invested. And it is currently at an all-time low. Multiple notable VC funds in the region rely heavily on recycled funds from LPs, riding on their success of high singles/low doubles from the heydays of VC (2018-21). Those numbers are not coming back anytime soon. 3️⃣ 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬. High inflation and high unemployment are the 2 signals for feds to cut rate. Unfortunately, inflation rates in the US have come down and unemployment is currently lower than its long term average. There is simply no incentive for Fed's to cut rates. With rates that high, the incentive to park money with VCs for LPs/investors is simply unappealing in comparison to other asset classes. With all that said, VC funds that has already found a formula, or are nimble enough to pivot amidst this climate, such as taking on a thematic approach, rebranding towards investing in next-gen sectors, or simply taking on a hands-on, deep value approach to VC, will emerge stronger. What are your thoughts on this? Comment below! I partner with and hire for funds. Send a connect if you're in the space! PAN & COMPANY | HEADHUNTER Zaixian Pan 潘在贤 Wen Kuang Chong

📢 Introducing EV Car Sharing Services in Rental Apartments! 🚗🔌 A new initiative has begun in Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture. The Saitama Prefecture Housing Supply Corporation, in collaboration with a carーsharing service company, has introduced an electric vehicle (EV) car-sharing service in a rental apartment complex. This initiative aims to strengthen the region's disaster preparedness. In the parking lot of a rental apartment building where about 100 households live, an EV is available for car sharing. During emergencies or power outages, this EV is an emergency power source, supplying electricity to the community center. This allows residents to use devices like microwaves and water heaters, and the EV can charge smartphones up to approximately 2,000 times. This initiative demonstrates a new possibility for disaster preparedness, and it is hoped that similar efforts will spread to other regions. #DisasterPreparedness #EV #CarSharing #NiizaCity #SaitamaHousingSupply #CommunitySupport #DisasterRelief #SmartCity For more details: https://lnkd.in/eguWXsKJ For more insightful industry updates, follow Turnpoint Consulting Co., Ltd for regular news and analyses.
