    It's been 8 years since Sara started her journey with the Group. She began as an intern in the Demand Planning department and now holds the position of Demand Planning Brand Manager for Intimissimi. Sara explains how passion for numbers and curiosity in interpreting them are crucial in her work and how her role is constantly evolving: "I find myself facing new challenges all the time, and this not only enhances my professional skills but also fuels my personal growth." "The most memorable experience in the company for me is definitely linked to the first presentation I made in the role of Demand Planning Manager, concerning the performance data of the Intimissimi brand collection. It was a really important and responsible moment for me". "My aim is to build a strong team driven by passion, collaboration, and mutual listening, so that we can achieve great results together," says Sara, emphasizing that working in a positive and synergistic environment is essential to achieve goals more effectively.     Once again this year we had the pleasure of hosting second-year Fashion Design students from IED Turin at our HQ. During this academic year, the students developed a collection for Calzedonia Legwear, and some of them had the opportunity to present their project to colleagues from the style area and HR department.     Camilla, after a 10-year career in digital design studios, has been working as UX/UI Designer within the Group for the Intimissimi and Intimissimi Uomo Brands for about a year and a half. "The decision to join Oniverse, which brought with it the opportunity to work in an industry like fashion that I am passionate and curious about, was the real turning point in my career” says Camilla. "In this company, my creativity is fully free to express itself and the design process develops spontaneously. Moreover, in this role, I am able to combine the two great passions that have always accompanied me: fashion and design" Camilla adds enthusiastically. “Being an UX/UI Designer within an ecommerce project means ensuring a clear and satisfying experience for users, while conveying brand values”. “An essential element in this role is the ability to question one's own perspectives and beliefs in favour of designing a digital experience that can be enjoyed by an increasingly wide and diverse audience” Camilla explains. “It is also essential to be curious, open-minded and informed about the latest news and issues related to the world of fashion and technology. I believe that continuous and constant training on ecommerce topics is the key to personal and team success”. Camilla speaking about her journey in the Group focuses on her team “Over time we have built a relationship based on trust and mutual esteem, creating a working group where individual skills are listened to, valued and complemented by those of others”.     Another NOS ALIVE with Tezenis in Lisbon! Combining fashion and music, the Tezenis Stand was once again the meeting point for enjoying the festival to the full. Through various special activations, a space dedicated to hairstyle & makeup, and also a lounge area with a privileged view of the main stage - from where you could watch the various unforgettable concerts of this edition - the brand once again brought “music for the body” at its best. #oniverse #tezenis

    A special event to celebrate the union of two excellences.   We recently inaugurated a new Signorvino store in the beautiful setting of the Hotel Veronesi La Torre.     This year, we had the privilege of collaborating with third-year Communication Design students from IED Turin on their thesis project. The students analyzed Oniverse and its evolution related to renaming, bringing innovative ideas in terms of communication and employer branding. It was an enriching and stimulating experience to be part of this journey and a pleasure to be present at the presentation day of their final thesis project.
