Netflix Games Community Guidelines

At Netflix, we want everyone to feel safe and welcome when playing our games.

The Netflix Games Community Guidelines are a supplement to the Netflix Terms of Use, which govern all members’ use of our service, including playing games on Netflix. These guidelines are meant to help members understand what is appropriate when playing games and interacting with other members on Netflix. Please note that even if something is not explicitly prohibited here, it might still be considered unacceptable behavior.

Netflix reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to take any disciplinary action we deem appropriate against any player who impairs other players’ experiences, even if the behavior is not specifically mentioned in these guidelines. While it’s a rare occurrence, if your account is permanently banned, you may lose access to games on Netflix, as well as your Netflix account. Additionally, to the extent a Netflix game contains separate guidelines, these guidelines will also apply. That said, we hope you’ll follow these guidelines and have an enjoyable experience playing games on Netflix.

Please remember the following when playing games on Netflix:

• Be respectful and inclusive. Games on Netflix are for people of all backgrounds from all over the world, regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or other identities. Additionally, what is considered appropriate in one part of the world may not be appropriate in another. Please note that different laws and customs may apply to players based on where they live.

• Hateful conduct has no place here. Netflix Games should be a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all players on Netflix. Promoting violence or hate of any kind against other players is not tolerated. This includes using offensive or inappropriate language and hateful speech, repeatedly targeting the same player(s), discriminating against other players, and sharing other players’ personal information without their permission.

• Play fairly and honestly. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting glitches for a competitive advantage aren’t allowed. Neither is impersonating someone to trick people. These kinds of behaviors ruin the experience for everyone.

• Keep personal information to yourself. Avoid sharing your own personal information with other members, including your account credentials, like your email and password, or personal details, such as precise real-world location, real full name, or phone number.

• Tell us when something isn’t right. If you see any illegal activity or behavior that violates our terms or guidelines, please report it immediately if it’s happening to you, or if you see it happening to someone else. Use the game’s in-game reporting system, or contact Netflix’s Customer Support team directly.
