How to add a Contact Form on your Linktree
Updated over a week ago

Add a Contact Form so visitors can send you their contact details and a message.

Add your own form description and thank-you message, and decide which info you'd like your visitors to include in their message with optional name, email, mobile, and country fields.

💡Tip: You can also add a Contact Details link if you'd like your visitors to download your contact information.

Steps:

  1. In your Link Editor, hit the + Add link button.

  2. Use the magnifying glass (🔍) to access Search Link Apps, and search for "Contact form".

  3. Give your link a Title.

  4. In the link settings, toggle on the fields you want to collect on your form.

    • Use the Required checkboxes to decide if a field is mandatory.

  5. Enter the email address where you'd like responses sent.

  6. Optionally, add a Description to be displayed at the top of your form.

  7. Customize the Thank you message if you wish.

That's it! Your visitors will now be able to send you their details through your contact form.

💡 Tip: If you can't find your responses in your email inbox, check your Junk, Spam, Promotional, or other alternative folders. If you find them there, mark them as "not spam" to ensure future responses go to your inbox.

Connect Google Sheets

Responses will always be sent to the email you chose when setting up, but if you'd like to, you can also store them in a Google Sheet.

Steps:

  1. In the link settings, tap Connect Google Sheet.

  2. Log in to your Google account.

    • Make sure you're choosing the one with editor access to the Google Sheet.

  3. Allow access for Linktree.

    • Afterwards, you'll be returned to the link settings.

  4. Enter the URL of the Google Sheet where you would like the records to be stored.

  5. Test the setup by filling out the form on your Linktree.

📝 Note: Linktree doesn’t store any contact details from your respondents. Submitted details will go directly to your email inbox, and if you’ve connected a Google Sheet, they’ll be stored there.

Custom T&Cs

If you'd like to link to custom terms & conditions on your form, toggle on the option to include Custom T&Cs and complete the fields.
