Madelyn Cline and Pete Davidson reportedly broke up after less than a year of dating.
According to the US Sun, the couple’s whirlwind romance simply fizzled out recently with no bad blood between the two.
“They ended things fairly recently,” the inside told the outlet. “I understand it was amicable.”
The actress, 26, was first reported to be seeing the infamous Davidson, 30, back in September 2023, but both kept their relationship somewhat under wraps after a series of highly publicised relationships.
Quickly after rumours of their potential romance were making the rounds, Cline was seen attending Davidson’s Las Vegas stand-up comedy show. But it wasn’t until the next month that they confirmed their relationship with some PDA at a Saturday Night Live afterparty at New York City’s Catch Steak.
Us Weekly then reported that Cline had met Davidson’s mother and sister, who were “very happy” for him and thought Cline was “lovely.”
Just in April of this year, the same publication reported that things were going great between the two.
“They are very much in love,” said a source, adding that their low-key nature kept them connected. “One of the reasons their relationship works so well is because they’re both independent and give each other space to miss each other.”
Davidson began dating Cline just after ending things with his Bodies Bodies Bodies co-star Chase Sui Wonders. The two were together for just under a year, with Page Six confirming their relationship ended around a month before he was linked to Cline.
Meanwhile, was in a relationship with her Outer Banks co-star Chase Stokes for over a year before they parted ways in late 2021. Stoked is now in a relationship with country singer Kelsea Ballerini.
