Featured Event: Welcome to Graduate School

Are you in your first year of graduate study at U of T Engineering? Set yourself up for success by attending Welcome to Graduate School!
This in-person event will introduce you to engineering-specific programs and resources designed to enhance your graduate experience. During the session, you’ll learn to use a Graduate Map to plan your professional-development pathway. You will also 1) meet peers in the graduate community; 2) discover essential graduate-school skills; and 3) learn the value of enriching your technical degree with U of T Engineering’s initiatives. You will leave this event with a new network of peers, a toolkit of resources, and a clear plan for next steps in your graduate experience.
Lunch will be served!
This event is open to first-year U of T Engineering graduate students.

You can access U of T Telus Health Student Support (formerly U of T My SSP) 24/7 by calling 1-844-451-9700. Outside of North America, call 001-416-380-6578. (See instructions for accessing Telus Health Student Support outside of Canada or the U.S. under Service Delivery.)
U of T Telus Health Student Support provides students with real-time and/or appointment-based confidential, 24-hour support for any school, health, or general life concern at no cost to you. You can call or chat with a counsellor directly from your phone whenever, wherever you are.
Ongoing support is available over the phone in 146 languages. Immediate support is available over the phone in 35 languages and over chat in simplified Chinese, English, French and Spanish. Web option is also available at Telus Health Student Support.
Navi
Navi, short for navigator, is a chat-based virtual assistant. Navi can provide information on many topics, including admissions, financial aid, getting involved, careers, convocation and more. Additionally, Navi can provide more specific information regarding mental health resources. All you have to do is click on the chat button and tell Navi what you need help with.
