Olympic Air is a Greek airline carrier based at the Athens International Airport ("Eleftherios Venizelos"), formed from the privatization of the former national carrier Olympic Airlines on 29 September 2009. On October 2013, in Olympic Air and Aegean we united our strengths to become even better and offer to all of you a wide-ranging network extended within Greece as well as abroad, supporting Greek regions and ensuring the qualitative access even to the most remote Greek island. Our Network With primary base in Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" and secondary hub at "Diagoras" Airport in Rhodes, Olympic Air performs approximately 164 flights per day, travelling to a total of 33 Greek destinations. Additionally, Olympic Air as a subsidiary of Aegean operates flights on behalf of Aegean both in Greece and the Balkans. Domestic Flights Olympic Air perfoms practically all Public Service Obligation (PSO) routes with direct flights from / to Athens to Zakynthos, Leros, Milos, Naxos, Paros, Kalymnos, Kythira, Ikaria, Skiathos, Karpathos and from / to Rhodes to Karpathos, Sitia, Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Astypalea and Kastelorizo.
