Photos: Equipment spotted at the 2024 Travelers Championship

CROMWELL, Conn. — Coming off the U.S. Open at Pinehurst and with just over six weeks remaining on the PGA Tour schedule before the start of the FedEx Cup Playoffs, most players competing at this week’s Travelers Championship are pretty set with the equipment in their bag, but that did not deter Golfweek senior writer David Dusek from heading out to the practice area and taking a look inside the bags of many big-name players.

TPC River Highlands is one of the shortest courses on the PGA Tour, and while the rough is thicker this year in several areas and player after player in the media center says the course is not easy, many of them also say that if they hit their wedges well, there are lots of birdies to be made. That puts a premium on making sure a player’s irons and wedges are up to the task.

Check out this gallery of close-up photos of the gear stars like Scottie Scheffler, Collin Morikawa and Adam Scott are using this week at the Travelers Championship.
