In 2021, in the middle of the COVID pandemic, the Kev family found themselves wanting to help the Fergus, Ontario community to endure the difficult time by
bringing some joy. That’s how Golden Coconut started.
The concept of the Golden Coconut restaurant is delivering a Thai and Vietnamese fusion of flavour, with the best quality ingredients and the authentic essence of Asia from the heart of Vanny’s familiar recipes.
