The entrepreneurs showcase their talents and virgo to minimize pollution, preserve natural resources, and support a circular economy, essential for creating a sustainable clean Gambia. The competition not only provides crucial financial assistance but also serves as a platform for young entrepreneurs to gain recognition and network with industry experts. We are thrilled to launch a 6-month incubation program in Fass Njaga Choi, North Bank Region in collaboration with the Great Green Wall Frontline After a rigorous selection process, 25 entrepreneurs engaged in Agro-business, (horticulture, agroforestry, poultry, and food processing) have been selected for this program. The entrepreneurs will benefit from coaching and comprehensive training in entrepreneurship, business plan development, and financial management, equipping them with the skills needed to grow their businesses and possibly secure funding from the Great Green Wall Frontline. We are providing life skills training program to three community led groups in Ebo Town, Brikama and Tanji supported by WasteAid. The program is designed to economically empower them through waste management, recycling and sound business management practices. These inspiring community group collect and resales plastic waste, to plastic manufacturers, turning trash into treasure. Life skills training is essential for entrepreneurs like the members of these group. Managing a business isn’t just about understanding your product or market, it’s about effective communication, problem -solving, time management, and resilience. These skills empower entrepreneurs to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and build sustainable businesses.
