${prefix}/share/pixmaps is a legacy path for icons and should not be used anymore. It is not well supported by Flatpak and other GNOME/freedesktop projects and will most likely be completely deprecated in a future. Please, consider moving the icon to a standard ${prefix}/share/icons/hicolor/128x128/apps location.
