The desktop id in AppData file seems to be wrong. The torbrowser desktop file is called torbrowser.desktop, not org.torproject.torbrowser.desktop.

If you want to use reverse-DNS id, the desktop, icon and AppData files should be renamed as well. However, org.torproject.torbrowser does not seem to be right since torbrowser-launcher is, as far as I know, an unofficial project. More appropriate is com.github.micahflee.torbrowser-launcher or something similar.
