Problem you are trying to solve

When scrolling down a long email, you eventually scroll to a point that you cannot see the Reply button and other actions. You must scroll back to the top to take an action on the email.

Suggested solution

Posting this here to remember that we need to implement floating actions or some other way to expose these actions while someone is looking at an email, without requiring a user to scroll all the way back to the top of the email to do something.
