maven项目中使用了TDengine数据库，添加依赖版本3.2.11，服务端和客户端版本为3.3.0.3
配置
项目首次启动时能够正常连上数据库，当更改项目内容（不管修改什么，甚至添加注释都一样）保存后重新运行时就会报错，无法连接

当停止运行项目后，再次运行项目，又能连上数据库了，但是只要不停止项目而是直接重新运行就会报错
