Describe the bug

Tooltips on charts jitters/moves choppily on firefox, works fine on chrome.

How to reproduce

  1. Use firefox
  2. Go to https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/chart
  3. Hover over a chart
  4. Observe choppiness
  5. test again on chrome
