There is no way to add border around the bar chart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no way to add border around the bar chart, I have checked almost all things from the documentation.
Also I am also trying to overlap 2 bar data onto each other which is also not working perfectly when I tried to set a negative padding value.

I think there should be a way to add borders around the chart.
