[Bug] Rocketmq 5.1.3版本，单机版开启Local模式的Proxy，发送消息时，无法查询消息轨迹。官网上对于5.0开启proxy的消息轨迹查询没有介绍

Steps to Reproduce

1：rmq-proxy.json中已设置traceOn:true
2:broker中已设置traceOn:true、traceTopicEnable=true
3：通过连接proxy的8080endpoints。发送消息。通过rocketmq-console查看消息轨迹时，查询不出来
