我看这个类的注释是2.0.0才可用

我现在想在1.8.8 直接用这个类的功能，是可以的吗？还是会有什么问题吗，需要做一些配置或改动？

降级规则不满足需求吗，为何一定得用这个？降级规则和上面这个，只能生效一个，而且都是用的熔断器。
