Place to list libraries helpful to working with PIVs #376

Description of Issue:

I've written a few libraries helpful to my use of PIV tokens and PIV-like tokens. Is there a good place to leave links to those libraries in case they're helpful to others?

I've written a few libraries, for example. Here's some of the ones I find most helpful:

It's a great point and was intended to be a page here. If we leave the issue open, teams do find it in searches. It will give us more time to create a new page and consolidate resource links.

  • R509, a Ruby gem built using OpenSSL

I pushed a PAM module for PIV auth to Linux machines to my GitHub called pam-piv that understands some of the PIV particular fields (e.g. policies, etc)
