Description of Issue:

RA audit guidance memo finalized in October via the FPKIPA should be published in order to assist RAs in meeting their audit requirements.

Details of Issue:

RAs may not be aware of their obligations to CAs as it relates to annual audits, and some are only PIV issuers. This guidance memo provides RAs options for completing the required audits with no unnecessary duplication of effort.
