corrections to staff page info

Thanks to whoever is managing the staff page, I'm impressed with how quickly we went up :)

My last name is spelled incorrectly - it should be "Kline" rather than "Kiline". I see the COS_team.html page, which looks like it's pulling from a database elsewhere. How/where should I ask for this to be corrected? (On a related but less important note, where should we list e.g. github accounts to have them appear with our staff page entry?)

Apologies again if this is the wrong place to note this - let me know if I should inform someone another way?
