Feature Description

Hello there,

Just saw the disbale sign up feature finally got added so I was trying to selfhosted today. However, after I set disable sign up = true and log in with either github or Google with a different account, I can bypass the signup. It will auto create a user for me.

Could you make the disable sign up for the Github and Google log in also work? Basically if the email is not already in the user database, it should be disallowed to log in
