In 2023, we have made several updates and enhancements to eth.xyz. We’ve introduced extensive cross-chain support, now including blockchains like Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Solana, Polygon, Zora, and more, broadening our platform’s reach and capabilities. In addition, our user interface has been revamped, featuring the updated Twitter/X logo, a new website icon, and a convenient hamburger menu for simplified navigation. Profile information now benefits from small UI updates, auto-linking of URLs in custom records, and user-friendly tool-tips on hovering over icons. As eth.xyz continues to evolve, these improvements underscore our commitment to enhancing user experience and staying at the forefront of blockchain technology advancements.
The BlueskyWeb.xyz initiative, aimed at creating a new form of social media, was commissioned in 2019 by technology billionaire and Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey while he was still the CEO of Twitter. In May 2023, the Bluesky social network launched. A key feature of the BlueSky social network is the ability to set your own custom domain as your handle. We shared tips on how to use custom .XYZ or .LOL domains as your Bluesky handle, as well as how to use your eth.xyz profile as your Bluesky handle.
As a reminder, to use the eth.xyz shortlink , just add “.xyz” to the end of any .eth name in any web browser and the corresponding ENS profile will display. The profile content is automatically populated from publicly available information provided through ENS, and is ultimately controlled by the relevant ENS user.

The 2023 Global Digital Summit (GDS) in Wuxi, China, united leading enterprises, business leaders, and experts from diverse domains, actively fostering communication, integration, and innovation in the digital landscape. In September we announced the relaunch of our XYZ Registry site at xyz.xyz, where you can explore the extensive range of the 35 domains we own and operate. The updated website unveils the journey from the visionary inception by Daniel Negari to the establishment of .xyz as a preferred choice for creators and innovators worldwide.
XYZ supported participants in more than 262 hackathons in 2023, marking a 25% increase from our support in 2022! XYZ motivated inspired coders by providing them with .xyz domains, encouraging them to develop their innovative ideas online.
