And while we can’t tell you how to live your life, we can recommend the products to help you make the most of it.

Divided into five categories — Basics, Footwear, Outerwear, Bags and Grooming — the first-ever Gear Patrol Style Awards culls together what we wear. And what you should, too.

How We Chose the Winners

We picked products we consider to be the best in their respective categories. We took a number of criteria into account when deciding the winners, including expert feedback, public popularity, extensive research and our own hands-on testing, all of which we’ve spent years gathering. The 60 winning products were all pulled from our own buying guides and reviews, and in most cases are personally used (and loved) by our staff.
