Georgia Teaching Artists Registry

The Georgia Council for the Arts K-12 Teaching Artists Registry features qualified teaching artists who have extensive training and experience in one or more artistic disciplines, are available to work in schools and at organizations serving K-12 students around the state, and have passed a background check to work in a school environment. The registry includes competitively evaluated professionals and ensures a high-quality standard for performances, workshops, and/or residencies, providing schools and organizations with the best artistic experiences. For questions about the registry, please contact Emily Yewell Volin, Grants and Arts Education Program Manager, at 404-962-4015 or evolin@gaarts.org.

Are you an artist or part of an organization that could benefit from being included in the Teaching Artist Registry? Joining the registry offers an opportunity to connect with schools and organizations and contribute to promoting arts education and arts-integrated programs in Georgia.

Applications to be included in the GCA Teaching Artist Registry will open in August 2024. Subscribe to the GCA newsletter to receive updates in your inbox.
