We're delighted to have collaborated with Tata Harper Skincare to create a single-use sample of their 5 Minute Facial Set. Featuring two powerful products - their Regenerating Cleanser and Resurfacing Mask, it was important to create a sample that showcased how to use these products together. Produced at our facility in South Plainfield, NJ, the sample consists of two die-cut packettes (Step 1 : Regenerating Cleanser / Step 2: Resurfacing Mask) enclosed within a secondary pouch. Orabella's intentional skin parfums utilize a signature bi-phase formula and are alcohol-free, hydrating, and enhanced with essential oils. For this production, we embraced the challenge of showcasing Orabella's unique formula comprised of both their nourishing 'ÔRELIXIR™ base and a blend of essential oils and fine fragrance. To achieve this, we employed a continuous agitation process to accurately fill their formula to the desired ratios. The result? A fragrance sample that highlights their unique bi-phase formula. Simply shake the vial to mix the formula, seamlessly blending the two phases. Then, spray it directly onto your skin for a luxurious, skin-loving fragrance sample experience. We are excited to announce our new strategic partnership agreement with Intercos China. This agreement is aimed at enhancing our competitive edge to support the local Chinese market. Intercos China will take on the manufacturing responsibilities for Cosmetic samples previously produced at our Suzhou facility, with Arcade China retaining sales & project management We will be exiting our manufacturing operations in Suzhou effective December 31, 2024 while maintaining our offices in Shanghai and Suzhou for our commercial sales and technical development teams. This move comes as part of a broader strategy to optimize our operational footprint and drive long-term growth. “We are excited that we were able to come to this arrangement with Intercos China,” said Carl Allain, Arcade Beauty's President and CEO. “This agreement creates a necessary synergy that will allow us to focus on innovation and deliver superior value for both our local and international customers". We are excited to announce that we have entered into exclusive negotiations with Groupe Rocher for the acquisition of their perfume production plant, located in Ploërmel, France. Since September, discussions have been held with various potential buyers and Groupe Rocher has decided to enter into exclusive negotiations with Arcade Beauty. “The Ploërmel site, with its industrial capacity and know-how, is exactly what we were looking for to expand our product offering and pursue our commercial development. All our teams are working hard to finalize negotiations with Groupe Rocher, with a view to preserving production and jobs at the site. And while we recently shared that our vision is to enable smart sampling and responsible full-size products, you may be curious how we define "smart sampling" and the steps we've taken towards achieving this goal. "Smart Sampling" aims to help consumers make informed purchase decisions by creating targeted, valuable sampling experiences that reduce environmental impact and have a measurable conversion to purchase.
