As a key player of Ipsos’ digital communications strategy, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and evolution of our web ecosystem, which consists of a corporate site (www.ipsos.com) and numerous locally managed country sites. Your expertise and actions will ensure impactful navigation and traffic, and greater visibility of our content, including our main studies.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Communications, you will join our Global Communications team and collaborate very closely with Ipsos’ Marketing & Communications stakeholders worldwide.

Your role, you are the referent for all web aspects.

These responsibilities cover three main areas:


Website Management and Optimization

- Manage, monitor, and upgrade Ipsos’ website(s) while ensuring overall consistency in a “One Ipsos” approach.

- Create, update, and improve web pages for the Ipsos.com website.

- Distribute centralized content to country websites.

- Ensure optimization of technical, ergonomic, and design aspects.

- Collaborate closely with the IT team to follow up on technical and security updates, ensuring full compliance with all laws and regulations.


Performance Analysis and Strategy

- Analyze the site’s monthly performance and identify the main levers for success or progress; propose short- and long-term improvement strategies accordingly.

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

- Stay updated with emerging digital trends and technologies that could impact the company’s digital strategy.


Stakeholder Support and Collaboration

- Support a network of webmasters and communications stakeholders on a daily basis.

- Work on cross-functional projects with members of the Communications team and other departments.

- Establish regular communication flow with your stakeholders, notably by identifying and sharing internal and external best practices.

- Train on new functionalities when relevant.


Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing & Communications: Ideally in web development, web design, and/or web strategy.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in webmastering, digital marketing and communications, or related roles; ideally in international and listed companies.
  • Fluent in English : Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, essential for collaboration with international teams.
  • Technical Skills: proficiency in coding, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ideally other programming languages. Knowledge of Office 365 and tools like Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM techniques.
  • Creativity and Initiative: Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions and enhancements
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage priorities and organize tasks independently. Demonstrates great rigor in project management and execution.
