VP, Operations and Logistics Manager, Region Europe (M/F/D)

Based in Boulogne-Billancourt at Region Europe Headquarters

• In this position, you will:

• Coordinate, challenge, optimize and support European entities in their warehousing and distribution activities.
• After a detailed diagnosis of the operations set-up in Europe you will identify and implement operational improvements both in term of costs saving and efficiency improvement.
• You will be supported by the central procurement and supply chain organizations of the group.
• You will create an appropriate dashboard with the relevant KPIs to measure the productivity and efficiency in the warehousing and distribution activities of European countries and track the implementation of measures for improvement.
• In this context, you will size any opportunity related to the use of new technologies and digital.

With a solid operational experience in a reputable logistic company, you want to take a new challenge in this position, by bringing your experience and knowledge for the benefit of Fresenius Kabi in its European logistics operations.

• You are comfortable working in a cross-functional environment, facilitating communication and collaboration across different departments and with international teams.
• The position does not entail direct hierarchical management but demands leadership skills to influence and drive projects across the organization.
• With excellent communication skills (oral and written), you are analytical, flexible, open and a proactive team player.
• You enjoy challenges in an international environment and are available to travel.

Engineer and/or Business Degree education, you will have at least 5 years of proven experience in the field of supply chain management and operational project management.
