💼 Your Missions
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will design and produce engaging visual content that connects with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing and communication teams in Europe, shaping our brand’s visual narrative by maintaining brand identity guidelines and producing captivating designs and video content.
🦸🦸♀️ Your missions :
Maintain visual brand identity guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels (SoMe, PR, paid marketing, brand campaigns, etc)
Design and produce visual materials (graphics, motion designs, illustrations, videos, etc) and coordinate an external agency when needed
Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables while meeting deadlines
Monitor the competition and design trends to ensure the innovation and relevance of our visuals. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices, applying innovative approaches to your work
Drive strategic projects to nurture our communication, ex prepare a brief for a photoshoot & coordinate it’s execution
😎 Your Profile
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a tech or agency environment.
Proficiency in graphic design and video design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva and IA tools such as Midjourney
Portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects, showcasing your creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color, layout and knowledge of digital marketing trends.
Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into creative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams across Europe.
Fluency in English and French.
