KEY MISSIONS

Reporting to the Art Director, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and production of graphic visuals, videos, and motion designs across multiple platforms, including digital (e-commerce, newsletters, YouTube) and social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). You will manage projects from their inception through to delivery, emphasizing consistency and ensuring that all content is of high quality and effectively reflects the brand's image in both form and substance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the product portfolio, actively participate in product training sessions and briefings conducted by the marketing team.
• Research and implement the best design techniques and solutions to create top-tier motion designs.
• Develop storyboard concepts and create comprehensive production briefs and campaign content to ensure message consistency.
• Design innovative and engaging motion graphics for various projects, animate 2D and 3D sequences as required, and provide mock-ups from the project library.
• Adhere to brand guidelines to create layouts for video/motion projects.
• Prepare and manage graphic assets for delivery, edit engaging short-form video content for various channels and audiences.
• Maintain close coordination with other content-producing teams and manage external agencies.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to comprehend project scope and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Motion Graphic Design, Digital Design, Animation, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience on a similar position
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Skilled in creating 2D, 3D, and 4D motion graphics with a keen eye for detail and high-level aesthetics.
• A continuous learner and influencer, always staying abreast of design trends and enhancements that differentiate our digital communications.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset is crucial; must be a team player with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with fluency in English, both oral and written.
• High commitment level and proactive approach.
