Marketing Data Analytics Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Marketing team as a Data Analytics Manager.
As a key player in our team, you’ll need to have experience conduct statistical analysis, applying Bayesian methods to Marketing Mix Modelling and forecasting to optimize our marketing strategies and drive business growth.
This role is pivotal in driving our marketing effectiveness through strategic attribution, performance measurement, and budget optimisation.

What you will do
- Help roll out and support our Marketing Mix Model across the CG EMEA region to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a robust marketing attribution strategy to accurately measure and attribute the impact of various marketing channels.
- Experience utilising marketing mix models to understand the contribution of both digital and offline channels to overall marketing performance.
- Continuously optimise marketing performance based on insights gained from attribution models and other analytical tools.
- Support local and regional teams manage and optimise marketing budgets based on attribution insights, ensuring maximum ROI across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise marketing workflows through strategic application of AI.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of various digital performance channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media) and offline channels (e.g., TV, radio, print) to effectively analyse their contribution to the consumer journey.
- Delivers and embeds cross-WPB programs, capabilities & campaigns by partnering with regions / markets; ensure cohesion of programs across marketing attribution, agency and creative management.
- Utilize a wide range of analytical tools to track and analyze end-to-end customer journeys, including multi-touch attribution models.
- Work with IT specialist to support on the identification of data sets when driving inhouse initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging tools to enhance the marketing analytics toolkit.
Essential:
- Qualification or substantial demonstrable experience in a related field such as Data Statistics, Marketing analytics, Economics or Social Science (with quantitative methods) is essential.
- Had experience working with Marketing Mix Modelling and Media Forecasting using statistics and machine learning.
- Experience of designing, building, and optimising complex data and econometric models.
- Proficient in using of data analytics software such as Python, R, SPSS and so on. (any of the software)
- Expertise working with large datasets and data manipulation tools
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to provide actionable insights to drive performance.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work across diverse geographies and positioning complex issues to non-technical audiences
- Relevant experience gained from within a media organisation
