Job Description
You will work with a global support team and partner heavily with IT Engineering, Business Applications, and IT Center of Excellence. As a member of IT Operations, customer satisfaction, quality support, and an agile mindset is paramount. This position reports to the IT Operations Manager.
Your Responsibilities
Onsite IT support as the initial point of contact in Anaplan offices
Daily AV checks of conference rooms and providing in person AV support if issues arise
Basic Mac/PC troubleshooting
Resolving workplace technology issues, such as wifi & printers
Basic systems access requests such as password resets
Assist with in person AV events
Asset management, including shipping/receiving, recycling and destruction of shipping materials
Triaging, prioritizing, resolving, routing and scheduling all incoming IT Support requests
Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
Effective workstation lifecycle management: new hires, hardware refreshes, break-fix, and offboarding
Build, maintain and implement process documents, IT policies, and knowledge base articles
Your Qualifications
2 to 3 years of enterprise IT Support experience (ideally in a SaaS company) that includes MacOS and Windows, mobile devices, printers, video conferencing, SaaS and productivity applications
Intermediate wifi/network troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated usage and troubleshooting experience with Okta, O365, Slack, and Zoom
Strong end-point troubleshooting skills
Must have superb customer service skills
Experience provisioning and deprovisioning user access
Proficiency in both MacOS and Windows is expected
Familiarity with security tools such as Crowdstrike, Netskope, and Global Protect
Familiarity with endpoint management and mobile device management (MDM) platforms: JAMF, SCCM, Workspace One
Strong ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
