Title: Join our Risk Team as Enterprise Risk Manager in Paris
Introductory Paragraph:
Our client, a leading leasing services company based in Paris is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their dynamic team. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks within the business and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments across all areas of operations (e.g,, ICAAP/ILAAP)
- Develop policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments such as finance, compliance, legal etc.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders on any enterprise-wide risks
Qualifications/ Skills required:
1. Proven experience working within a similar role preferably in the financial services.
2. Excellent knowledge of mobility industry trends; Amsterdam being preferred location due its central hub connectivity between major European cities .
3. Strong leadership skills with ability manage teams under high pressure situations whilst remaining calm & professional throughout process .
4.Experience dealing effectively managing crisis management scenarios would add significant value
