What you'll do

As the Director of Channel Resell for EMEA, you will lead a dynamic team, drive the channel route to market, and generate resell revenue across the region. Your responsibilities include recruiting, developing, managing, and encouraging a team of direct reports throughout EMEA. With extensive experience in channel operations, working with resellers, integrators and distributors, you understand channel dynamics and will apply your expertise to accelerate partnerships and expand the market. You will collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with global objectives and complete effective plans. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to represent the Channel Resell business effectively in the region. In this role, you will work closely with leadership across Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product to drive strategic initiatives in harmony with the global strategy.

This is a people manager position and reports to the VP, International Alliances and Partner Development

Responsibility

  • Lead the Channel team in EMEA. Recruit, develop, and lead the team
  • Responsible for resold revenue in EMEA. Forecast, report and deliver against quarterly revenue targets
  • Present and report EMEA Channel Resell at regional meetings
  • Utilize regional experience to enhance regional strategy. Work with cross functional teams - Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement and Product - to implement and complete strategy for the region
  • Create EMEA annual plans that align to global Channel goals including target setting by country, resource allocation, and coordination with other teams
  • Leverage existing relationships with partners to help your team to influence decision makers, increase alignment, and accelerate engagement from partners
  • Forge strong DocuSign-internal relationships with key leaders and support organizations in a dynamic and growing environment to ensure the right people and connected at the right time
  • Represent DocuSign with partners and present at partner events

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Extensive proven experience
  • Shown success in Channel Sales or equivalent quota-carrying role
  • Consistently exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated leadership and management of complementary teams
  • Resell experience across EMEA
  • Execution focused but able to think broadly in context of regional strategy
  • Excellent written and communication skills including public speaking
  • Hard working and willing to put in the extra effort to get things done
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Great teammate who can collaborate across the org with various departments
  • Travel as necessary

Preferred

  • A Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate education
  • Shown leadership of Channel teams
  • International Experience
  • SaaS & Cloud industry experience
