Within the Marketing organization of Europcar Mobility Group, you will play a key role in centralizing customer research and contributing to the improvement of our brands and services offered in the different countries. The role is in the Market Research team (2 colleagues in the same level).
Define a communication pattern to diffuse key actionable insights (Workplace, shared directory, …)
Recommend, purchase and communicate insights based on secondary research
Work as a business partner with the 3 Marketing Directors (Europcar, Goldcar/ Fox and Mobility Solutions)
Diffuse Market Research culture in the Group: create smart decision-making materials, diffuse key insights via witten communications but also with regular calls to share knowledge including with Top management (eg. CEO briefings)
Lead research and market studies for Central business teams and Countries (external insights)
Collaborate with Marketing teams: challenge business objectives and expectations, initiate briefing documents, propose relevant market research/ trends/ analysis, report and make meaningful business recommendations
Manage the relationship with vendors
Centralize customer research, focus groups and market studies for our internal stakeholders working with registered Market research companies
Feed to the marketing and business teams with understanding of the market and of customer needs. Be able to detect rising trends and meaningful insights for the business.
Contribute to integrating a brand new Segmentation model in all levels of the company

, Qualifications
Previous experience in Marketing as Market Research manager for a leading international brand (Leisure, Travel, Mobility, Consumer Product)
Senior expertise in market research (preferably brand side). Deep knowledge in Market Research. Customer oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong skills in managing external partners/ vendors.
Master degree in Business or Engineering School
Fluent in English
Google and Microsoft Office suites.
Proven ability to influence and lead teams, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment. Assertivity.
