Gemeinsam mit Upway mischen wir den europäischen Markt für E-Bikes auf. 🚲 Seit diesem Jahr planen wir als Media Agentur die Growth Strategie für das französische Startup in Deutschland, BENELUX und Frankreich. Es geht in erster Linie vor allem darum, die Brand in den Köpfen potenzieller KundInnen zu verankern. Aber parallel optimieren wir knallhart auf Neukundenwachstum. 📈 Um beide Ziele miteinander zu vereinen und zu erreichen, verfolgen wir eine Multichannel-Strategie mit TV, Podcasts, Print-Mailings, YouTube-Ads und Influencer-Marketing. Gerade Influencer Marketing performt im Vergleich zu den anderen Kanälen im Mix bisher super stark. Seit dem Go-Live konnten wir bereits über 100 E-Bikes verkaufen. In meinen Augen mal wieder der ultimative Beweis, welchen Impact Influencer Marketing für eine D2C Brand im Vergleich zu anderen Kanälen im Marketing Mix hat. Und das sogar bei einer Brand, bei der der Average Order Value bei über 2.500€ liegt. Letzte Woche haben wir in Berlin einen schönen Abend mit dem Team von Upway verbracht und uns auch mal das deutsche Lager angeschaut. 🙌🏻 Es war super hilfreich, nochmal einen tieferen Einblick in alles zu bekommen. Vor allem aber in die langfristige Vision von Stéphane & Toussaint. Dadurch hat sich mein Blick auf die Strategie und unsere Ansätze nochmal verändert. Ich habe den beiden versprochen, mit 200% Hingabe daran zu arbeiten, Upway gemeinsam mit ihnen zur Nr. 1 für refurbished E-Bikes zu machen. 🚀 Welche Kanäle & Maßnahmen könnten aus deiner Sicht zusätzlich spannend für Upway sein? Lass es mich wissen und vielleicht machen wir einen Test. 😊

J’ai demandé à Toussaint Wattinne, CEO d'Upway de revenir sur leur croissance. 👇 🚀 68% en 2023. 🚀 Un passage de 53 à 89 collaborateurs 🚀 35ième place du TECH500 2024. Normal ils ont LA bonne idée 💡 : instaurer de la confiance dans l'achat de vélo électrique d'occasion en vendant des vélos électriques reconditionnés sous une marque de confiance. 😀 Et ça attaque avec de belles ambitions - et ça on aime chez Data Recrutement : Une présence sur 6 pays européens et aux Etats-Unis. 20 000 vélos gérés avec une target à 1 000 000 par an ! Comment ils vont réussir ? 1- Augmenter leur capacité opérationnelle : entrepôt, ateliers, etc. 2- Créer une marque forte, notamment en ligne et une notoriété à installer : Kamilla Lambotte est au commande 3- Une équipe Tech et produit pour construire l'UX client ET utilisateurs internes (la logistique est toujours synonyme de sujets complexes et ad hoc à gérer) pour scaler l'ensemble des opérations.
