The papers span several topics, from the #physics and #mathematics of #stellarator coil optimization for minimal forces and #surface optimization, to innovative, compact #neutron shielding #materials, to #powerplant #engineering: #efficient thanks to high #temperature operation, #fast and #costeffective thanks to -and this is our very last paper, in collaboration with Università degli Studi della Tuscia- the #retrofit of #coal or #nuclear power plants.
Last but not least, one paper holistically puts it all together, and identifies stellarator #design points simultaneously fulfilling physics, engineering and #economics requirements that other stellarator #startups consider mutually exclusive and requiring compromises. Not at Renaissance Fusion ! There is a solution, there is a win-win-win !
