We acquire and grow digital native brands. Created in 2021, BLIX is an accelerator of e-commerce brands operating on Amazon and other distribution channels. The company was born from the collaboration of successful entrepreneurs having previously founded the digital agency Krooga specialized in Amazon and the Angel Studio agency specialized in e-commerce conversion strategy. BLIX also relies on the expertise in M&A of one of its founders who joined the project after several years at Goldman Sachs. The company aims to acquire and develop profitable consumer brands that have strong growth potential and a leading position in their niche. BLIX mainly targets brands in the well-being field (beauty and cosmetics, home and cooking, health and hygiene, sport and leisure). Thanks to the expertise of its founders and a perfect knowledge of marketplaces algorithm, BLIX is betting on the optimization of its brands by improving the main levers of growth and profitability: SEO, marketing campaign, supply, new distribution channels (marketplace, D2C, physical), geographical expansion.
