Après la formation tenue à Bongor en avril 2024, les formations au niveau déconcentré se poursuivent au #Tchad, cette fois à Abeché. 📚✍🏿 Pendant 3 jours, les cadres de l'éducation des provinces du Guéra, du Ouaddaï, de Batha et du Salamat se sont réunis pour approfondir la prise en compte du genre dans le système éducatif. 👩🏿🏫👨🏿🏫 Ces provinces affichent des indicateurs éducatifs particulièrement faibles et des besoins croissants pour un système éducatif de qualité et équitable. Par exemple, en 2023, dans le Salamat, le taux d'achèvement était de 18,9% pour les garçons et de 11,2% pour les filles, alors qu'il était respectivement de 52,6% et 39,8% au niveau national. 🚸 Cette formation, dispensée conjointement par le Ministère de l’Education nationale et de la Promotion civique du Tchad et l'IIPE-UNESCO dans le cadre de #GCI (Gender at the Centre Initiative/Initiative « Priorité à l’Égalité ») et financée par le gouvernement japonais, a permis de faire émerger des réflexions sur les obstacles à la scolarisation des filles, mais surtout les solutions pour un système éducatif plus performant et plus inclusif. 🙏🏿🌐 👨🏿🎓👩🏿🎓 Continuons à travailler ensemble pour améliorer ces indicateurs et garantir une éducation de qualité pour tous les enfants au Tchad ! 🌍✨ #MEXT #GouvernementduJapon Fabricia Devignes, Elspeth McOmish
