#eurostylesystems celebrates its 60th anniversary! To celebrate, #eurostylesystems welcomed nearly 500 employees to Châteauroux, where it all began. This #celebration of the company's 60th anniversary is an opportunity to honor all those who have contributed to its success: the founders, former employees, some of whom are still with us today, local partners, customers and, of course, current employees from 11 countries. It's thanks to everyone's commitment and passion that Eurostyle Systems has been able to achieve this level of excellence and renown. Everything has been organized to make us proud of the road we've travelled, the challenges we've met and the successes we've achieved. It's thanks to all our teams that we are a well-known and respected company today. Six decades ago, our visionary founders laid the foundation stone of the company in Châteauroux, with a clear ambition: to become a major player in the development and production of plastic parts for industry. From what started out as a French company, Eurostyle Systems has grown into an international enterprise with a presence in 11 countries, and we're proud to employ 3,200 people! Over the years, Eurostyle Systems has evolved and developed to meet the changing needs of our customers. Our dedicated and talented teams have risen to every challenge and surpassed every expectation, making our company a key player in the automotive sector. Celebrating Sustainability Excellence: Eurostyle Systems achieves Gold Standard Rating with EcoVadis Eurostyle Systems is proud to announce that the company has been awarded the prestigious Gold rating from EcoVadis in recognition of its commitment to sustainable business practices. The gold Medal places Eurostyle Systems in the top 5% of all assessed companies. The rating validates and demonstrates Eurostyle Systems´s commitment to sustainability and supports its company goal to be perceived as the customer’s first choice within sustainable development. Ecovadis is an internationally recognized sustainability platform that evaluates companies across a range of criteria, including environment, human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement practices. ECOVADIS certification is important for Eurostyle Systems because it assesses sustainability performance and requires an evaluation that takes into account several areas, such as the environment, ethical practices, human rights and stakeholder relations. It is also a great opportunity to access new markets.

Today we celebrate more than 1 000 days without a lost-time accident at Eurostyle Systems Würzburg (Germany) This remarkable result is the fruit of a real commitment on the part of all employees, in addition to a joint investment by management and operational teams to set up reporting processes and actions to improve safety in the workplace. EPS Academy by #eurostylesytems To provide an effective, high-performance organization as well as product quality and competitiveness, Eurostyle Systems has implemented, on all of its sites, a common framework of four strategic paths of action in combination with its for “Excellence Production System” (EPS). Our EPS Academy is a two-day training course held directly in our plants. Trainees come from right across our sites and represent the Technical, Production and Central Functions business lines as well as the Executive Committee. At the end of this course, the trainees go away armed with sound knowledge about our tools and processes and are ready to embrace the mindset unique to Eurostyle Systems. Thanks to this training, we can thus move away from a “toolkit” culture to one of continuous improvement, as intended in our corporate strategy.
