Introducing #Chloé Arts: an initiative continuing the house’s legacy of female empowerment. Its mission is to celebrate the achievement of outstanding female talent, nurture selected emerging artists, and create unexpected interdisciplinary conversations across different fields of the Arts. For this first edition, Chloé and Chemena Kamali invite the Danish artist Mie Olise Kjærgård. Eight paintings, seven existing and one exclusively commissioned by Chloé, are on view at the Chloé Paris flagship store, a visual conversation coinciding with the first collection of Chemena Kamali for the house. Her large scale paintings depict subjects of female liberation — women who tore off the corset to ride a bike, play tennis or music.
